Live Commerce Manager

Hebe Beauty Indonesia is looking for an experienced Live Commerce Manager to lead our TikTok Live business. This role is responsible for driving live-stream sales performance, leading the live-stream team, developing internal creators, and building scalable live commerce operations to accelerate business growth.

Responsibilitie

• sLead and manage TikTok Live operations to achieve GMV, revenue, and conversion targets
• .Develop and execute live-stream strategies, promotional campaigns, and product launch plans
• .Analyze live-stream performance and optimize key metrics, including traffic, engagement, CTR, conversion rate, and GPM
• .Lead, coach, and develop the live-stream team (hosts, moderators, and operators)
