Litigation Specialist

The Litigation Specialist will oversee and manage all litigation matters across civil, criminal, consumer, labor, and arbitration cases for Muthoot Fincorp Limited. They will coordinate with internal teams and external counsels to ensure effective case handling, compliance with legal deadlines, and accurate reporting to management. Key Responsibilities
Litigation Management
Monitor and manage all litigation cases (civil, criminal, consumer, labour, arbitration, etc.) within the assigned zone.
Prepare, review, and vet legal pleadings, affidavits, and other documents.
Represent the company before courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities when required.
Coordination with Stakeholders
Liaise with external counsels, law firms, and local advocates for case updates, strategies, and hearings.
