Responsibilities

• Manage a Banking & Finance Litigation caseload (which will be variable in accordance with capacity and business needs).
• Deal with urgent applications to court, such as applications to suspend warrants of possession.
• Advise Receivers on landlord and tenant matters, and on strategies to obtain vacant possession of mortgaged property.
• Assist with day-to-day supervision and support to the Paralegal Team Leader and Paralegals on Banking & Finance Litigation generally.
• Provide first line support for the Paralegal Team Leader and Paralegals for cases requiring legal input.
• Lead planning of cross-training for the paralegal group to enable work on Receivership or Mortgage Litig...
