The Litigation Paralegal is responsible for supporting attorneys in all phases of litigation by managing case documentation, preparing legal filings, maintaining court deadlines, and assisting with legal research and client communication. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate case management, timely filings, and efficient legal operations within a fast-paced litigation environments

Key Responsibilitie

• Prepare, proofread, and manage legal correspondence, pleadings, and other litigation documents

• File pleadings electronically with Federal and State Courts and governmental agencies

• Maintain case dockets, calendars, and litigation deadlines

• Conduct legal research using web-based legal research applications

• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and gove...
