Litigation Paralegal

Description We are looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a plaintiff-focused litigation practice in Houston, Texas. This role works closely with an attorney to oversee a substantial caseload through every phase of litigation, from initial filing to trial and post-trial activity. The position is well suited for someone who is organized, resourceful, and confident managing deadlines, case materials, and courtroom preparation in a fast-moving legal environment.

Responsibilities:
• Work in close partnership with an attorney to oversee approximately 40 to 60 active litigation matters and support overall case strategy.
• Guide files through each stage of the legal process, including filing, discovery, mediation, settlement discussions, trial preparation, and follow-up after trial.
• Prepare a wide range of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery materials, and thorough correspondence.
