Litigation Paralegal (BI)

Your Role:
The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with three or more years of prior Insurance Defense experience. Solid experience with bodily injury cases highly preferred. Background in pre-suit, civil litigation, auto negligence and/or general liability, a plus.


What You Bring:

+ Prior experience in insurance defense litigation and/or general liability, preferred.

+ Prior experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, preferred.

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills needed.

+ Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures preferred.
