Role Overview

The firm is seeking a Litigation Lawyer with strong experience in litigation and dispute resolution to independently handle matters across courts and tribunals. The role involves managing complex disputes, appearing before courts, briefing counsel, and providing strategic legal advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Litigation & Court Work

• Handle civil, commercial, and corporate litigation before: High Courts, District Courts, Commercial Courts, Tribunals (NCLT, NCLAT, etc., as applicable)
• Draft and review pleadings including: Plaint, written statements, applications, rejoinders, Interim applications, affidavits, and written submissions
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
• Appear before courts for arguments, hearings, and case management (depending on practice)
