Litigation – Guernsey

A leading offshore Law Firm is seeking an ambitious Associate to join its Litigation Team in Guernsey. The role focuses on insolvency and restructuring work, supporting clients across a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious matters.

The successful candidate will advise on restructuring strategies, debt management solutions, and formal insolvency processes, including liquidation proceedings. The work is varied and fast-paced, requiring strong technical skills, adaptability, and the ability to handle both preventative restructuring measures and litigation when insolvency becomes unavoidable.

Interested applicants should have between 3-5 years’ PQE, a strong academic background, be qualified in a commonwealth jurisdiction, and demonstrate both the expertise and drive to work on complex insolvency matters.
