Litigation Executive

#Alpha is seeking LLB Graduates to join our Legal team as Litigation Executives.


This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to further develop their expertise by managing a litigated caseload.
You will provide support to other Litigation Executives and Claims Handlers as required. Previous experience in Civil Litigation is highly desirable.
Your responsibilities will include drafting legal documents, applications, offers, orders and directions, attending tele conferences, and managing cases in accordance with SLAs. You will also review quantum, assess general and special damages, formalise case plans, conduct tele negotiations, and liaise with third-party solicitors, insurers, our own insurer clients, and lay clients.
