Litigation Case Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Litigation Case Officer to join our Legal Services team on a fixed term basis for up to 15 months. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a large and varied housing litigation caseload, including disrepair claims, possession proceedings and prosecution work. You’ll play a vital role in helping the Council achieve timely and cost-effective legal outcomes that support our residents and services.

This is a fast-paced and demanding area of work, requiring excellent time management, a solution-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
