A full-service law firm in Everett, WA is seeking an attorney to join their litigation practice. The firm has well-established business clients in Snohomish County and an excellent reputation in the community.

This firm offers low billables (~1200), excellent work culture and retention, performance-based bonus potential and opportunities for growth. Mentorship is available from their highly-skilled litigators.

Key Responsibilities include:

+ Managing a range of general civil and commercial disputes from inception to resolution

+ Motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, settlement negotiations, and trials

+ Collaborating with team members on case strategy and resolution

Salary and Benefits:
