Our Legal client based in Cape Town CBD is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Associate Director to join and lead their Cape Town office.
Salary: R70 000 CTC per month based on experience
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead litigation matters across a variety of practice areas
Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the legal team
Manage complex cases from inception to resolution
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Mentor and develop junior attorneys
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
10+ years of post-admission experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
