Litigation Assistant – U. S. Personal Injury Litigation

Are you an experienced Litigation Assistant with a strong background supporting U. S. law firms?

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to join a growing U. S.-based Personal Injury law firm. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on litigation experience , excellent English communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced legal environment.

The ideal candidate understands U. S. litigation procedures, court deadlines, legal documentation, and client communication, and can work independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

* Draft pleadings, motions, notices, correspondence, and other legal documents.

* Prepare, review, and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions.
