Support Engineers will focus on system reimage, firmware upgrades, compliance remediation, authentication configuration, log forwarding setup, and remote support across Windows, Linux, ESXi, i DRAC, Network/SAN Switches, Storage, and PDUs. Work centers around maintaining security, compliance, and operational readiness across engineering lab environments.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform OS reimage and patching tasks for Windows and Linux servers using Dell Northstar templates.
- Install and configure security and monitoring agents (Splunk, Carbon Black, Trellix, Rapid7, Tenable).
- Configure Okta/RADIUS authentication across servers and devices.
- Perform ESXi reimages, firmware updates, and v Center onboarding.
- Configure forwarding of logs to Splunk and validate data ingestion.
