Linux Systems Administrator

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, mission-focused Senior **Linux Systems Administrator** to join our team in **Chantilly, VA.**

As a Linux Systems Administrator, you will help maintain and enhance the Sponsor’s Linux environment alongside a talented team. You will be responsible for the operating system software and its seamless integration with hardware and applications across the organization.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Planning, testing, installing, integrating, and maintaining new and upgraded versions of the relevant operating systems
+ Building and hardening Linux servers, and establishing configuration baselines while applying all appropriate security and firmware patches in a timely manner
+ Developing test plans/procedures, managing operating system lifecycles, and designing interfaces to external systems
