We are looking for a sharp and hands-on L1 Support Executive who can manage platform
configurations, perform basic testing, and support day-to-day issue resolution for our digital
logistics and telematics platform. The role is ideal for someone who has previously worked on
enterprise systems (like SAP, TMS, or similar platforms) and is capable of quickly learning new
tools, interpreting logs, and owning client communication during issue resolution.
