Linking Operator

Role Purpose: To link socks accurately and neatly to meet company quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Perform linking operations efficiently and accurately. - Monitor machine to ensure its working well. - Inspect socks to ensure neat finishing. - Report defects promptly. - Meet daily linking targets. - Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area. Requirements Core Competencies: - Good numeracy and literacy skills. - Excellent attention to detail. - Strong hand-eye coordination. - Good communication skills. - Driven and willing to push performance.
Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience as a Powder Coating Operator or in a similar manufacturing/finishing role. Knowledge of powder coating processes, equipment, and quality standards.
