Linen Room Intendant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the organization, sorting, inventory, and administrative management of the Linen Room department.

• Ensure the flawless quality, cleanliness, and presentation of all hotel linen, guest laundry, and staff uniforms.

• Manage the distribution of linen to the Housekeeping staff and handle guest dry cleaning requests with utmost care.

• Control the quality of work from external laundry providers and report any discrepancies or damages.

• Anticipate and adjust linen stock levels based on hotel occupancy and daily business activity.

• Carry out small sewing adjustments, ironing, and repairs on linens or guest garments when required.

• Ensure strict compliance with Barrière Group procedures, hygiene protocols, and LQA (Luxury Quality Assessment) standards.
