With a strong reputation for supplying high-quality products across New Zealand, Australia, and Asia, our client is seeking two experienced Line Shift Leads to join their team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Line Lead, you will take ownership of shift performance across safety, quality, GMP, production delivery, equipment reliability, loss reduction, and team development. Leading from the front, you’ll set the daily direction for a team of 6–7 operators, coordinate production priorities, planned stops, and changeovers, and ensure clear communication of expectations and results.
