Line Operator West Chester, PA Hourly Rate: $22.00-$25.00 (Depending on experience) Shifts: 7:00am-7:00pm and 7:00pm-7:00am Passport Ready Preferred for training in Ireland Responsibilities: Responsible for the Safety, Quality, and Production within the spinning line Assembly, load, Pack, Startup/Shutdowns and Changeovers Responsible for following production schedules, replenishing material, eliminating losses, finding and fixing defects Calculate and record results in data entry systems Complete CIL tasks Drive own results and priorities through the 5 Rocks process Participate in planned stops, DDS (24 hour planning) and shift handovers Assist in onboarding new team members Maintain daily goals to ensure minimum loss of downtime on the machines Maintain a quality-focused culture in a manufacturing environment Requirements Manufacturing experience Assembly line experience Working experience of Loss Elimination Methodologies preferred Collaboration skills-Able to work in a global multi ...
