Responsibilities


+ Assist in directing employees’ activities within an assigned manufacturing room(s) or areas to meet the daily production schedule under the supervision of a Manufacturing Supervisor

+ Communicate supervisor’s job orders to employees ensuring clear understanding and adherence

+ Complete batch record entries accurately and timely to comply with GMP standards

+ Maintain line/area in an orderly and safe manner while adhering to GMPs and safety protocols

+ Notify supervisor of personnel issues and suggest improvements to working conditions and equipment usage

+ Monitor and optimize packaging operations for performance and quality

+ Assist with reporting production performance metrics and troubleshooting issues
