Job Location: (West) Hershey, PA Pay Level: 1A * Summary:* The Line Lead is responsible for adhering to the handbook, and complying with regulatory requirements, company/plant policies, procedures, and rules in their area of responsibility. * * In addition, the Production Line Lead: * Independently perform all assignments except the most complex or unusual, only being given instructions as to the general results expected * Receives technical guidance on the most unusual or complex problems and supervisory approval on proposed plans for “one of a kind” projects * With minimal direction and input from senior leadership, independently proposes, plans, and executes projects to eliminate the root cause of manufacturing problems * Independently executes projects of extremely high complexity which have a large impact on the on the company's current and/or future business interests (projects may relate to any aspect of the business – people, procedures, policies, finances, equipment/proces...
