Job Description

Summary:
The Line Lead is responsible for adhering to the handbook, and complying with regulatory requirements, company/plant policies, procedures, and rules in their area of responsibility. 
In addition, the Production Line Lead:
Independently perform all assignments except the most complex or unusual, only being given instructions as to the general results expected

Receives technical guidance on the most unusual or complex problems and supervisory approval on proposed plans for “one of a kind” projects

With minimal direction and input from senior leadership, independently proposes, plans, and executes projects to eliminate the root cause of manufacturing problems

Independently executes projects of extremely high complexity which have a large impact on the on the company's current and/or future business interests (projects may relate to any aspect of the business – people, procedures, policies, finances, equipme...
