Line Engineer

Responsibilities:
Daily monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure production targets are met.
Supervise all production line staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operations.
Responsible for routine and annual maintenance of production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Identify and implement improvements to increase yield and production efficiency.
Utilize software for production planning, inventory management, and reporting.
Initiate and manage cost-saving measures and productivity improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Report to and adhere to instructions from the Production Manager, providing regular updates on production status and any issues.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all staff.
