Line Cook

Assist in opening the cafe with other line cooks, salad bar/coffee area and main kitchen as needed. Breakfast set-up, brew coffee, dishes and daily pre-made food.

Prepare deli sandwiches for grab-n-go cooler using a variety of breads, meats, veggies, sauces and techniques.

Prepare additional grab-n-go items as necessary

Prep daily pars: duties include all line and BOH prep.

General stocking and rotation of product.

Assist lead line cooks when needed

Set up “Wrap of the Day”

Keep station clean and prepped for service

Request projects to assist Café manager or café leads future menu items and catering orders

Serve customers breakfast and lunch utilizing all stations in a timely and productive manner (flat top, deli station and hot line daily entrees).
