Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food in large batches according to standard recipes and event requirements
• Assist in pre-production and bulk preparation for upcoming events
• Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and food quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
• Follow strict food safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or wastage
• Support breakdown and post-event kitchen clean-up

Qualifications

• At least 1-3 years experience as LINE COOK, CDP, etc, primarily in the Hot Kitchen .
• Preferably has experiences with big batch productions .
