1. Line Cooks - duties include:
2. Prep, portion, and stock food items and other necessary supplies
3. Prepare specified food in a timely manner using safe food-handling methods
4. Cook food items by grilling, frying, and sauteing to prescribed recipes and standards
5. Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements
6. Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs
