Line Cook

THE VINE is a new Wine, Bar and Kitchen  neighborhood concept located in New Lenox-IL. The Vine is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen leadership team working directly with the Chef. The starting salary for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 based on experience.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is proficient in problem-solving. Must believe in quality by consistently upholding defined standards over time. Must have the ability to positively lead others by practicing generosity and hospitality toward teammates and our guests while multi-tasking and prioritizing workloads.

Job requirements:

• 1-2 years prep and/or line experience
• Full-time availability
• Quality knife skills
• Time efficiency
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to ongoing changes.
• Organizational skills
• Excellent Communication
