Job Description

Chef Bobby Flay is bringing an all-new restaurant concept to Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas in Spring, 2019. Shark will have a seafood-focused menu with a Latin beat, with sushi and sashimi selections, ceviches and tartares, and bold preparations of fish and seafood. The menu is heavily influenced by ingredients from South America, Mexico and the Mediterranean. 

Ideal Line Cook candidates for this position will have a no-compromise approach to food preparation and presentation.

Skills, Duties and Essential Functions:
• 2 plus years restaurant experience
• Culinary training / education preferred
• Fast paced, fine dining experience
• Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
• Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Maintain sanitation procedures and organization...
