As a Line Cook at Jump, you'll be an essential part of a tight-knit brigade committed to precision, consistency, and quality. You'll be responsible for executing dishes to exacting standards, maintaining a clean and organized station, and working collaboratively to deliver an exceptional dining experience, service after service. THE DAY TO DAY:
- Perform delegated tasks from Sous Chef, Chef and/or General Manager
- Day to day food preparation of the event space according to O&B standards
- Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specification as set by the restaurant
- Maintain a prep list of station duties
