Essential Job Functions:
 Sets up and breaks down station as per production sheet

 Prepares, and cooks items to specification as ordered by the customer. 

 Reheats all soups, sauces, and other items dictated by the daily menus rotations

 Ensures excellent presentation of all prepared foods. 

 Cooks the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different orders simultaneously

 Restocks station, and maintains prep for station and/or salad bar

 Meets or exceeds assigned prep lists on a daily basis

 Occasional Buffet Cook and Production Cook responsibilities as assigned
