Job Description
We are looking for a talented and motivated Line Chef to join our restaurant at The Dragonfly Hotel in Peterborough.
You will be responsible for cooking our rotating menu to a high standard, ensuring every dish is delivered with consistency and care. Experience in a hotel or pub kitchen would be an advantage.
We are looking for our Line Chef to have:
- Excellent food presentation skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- The ability to deliver food high standards consistently
- Outstanding attention to detail
- High standards of health and food hygiene
- Clear communication skills
The Line Chef role requires:
- Preparing and cooking items on the menu on rotation
- Managing and ordering in stock, storing, labelling and rotating
