A normal day includes

• Greet and assist customers visiting a small showroom attached to a warehouse
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lighting.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge of your lighting inventory.
• Answer customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery, coordinating with the sales and logistics teams.
