Lighting Engineer (Live events)

This role is ONLY for candidates with hands-on experience in LIVE EVENTS.

Please do not apply if your experience is limited to:

-       Electrical engineering

-       Building lighting

-       Interior lighting

-       Theatre only

-       CCTV/Electrical maintenance

-       General electrician roles

Applicants must have practical experience operating professional event lighting systems for concerts, weddings, corporate events, festivals or similar productions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

LEADERSHIP

- Assist the HOD in leading the Lighting team, setting goals, resolving conflicts, and providing feedback.

PERFORMANCE EVALUATION & RECOGNITION

- Assist the HOD in evaluating performance, setting goals, and managing increments and promotions as per the annual plan.
