**Job Title:** Lighter Assembly Operator
**Location:** Milford, CT
**Shift:** 2nd and 3rd Shift Available
**Schedule:**
2nd Shift Schedule: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM, Mon–Fri
3rd Shift Schedule: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM Sun–Thurs
**Hourly Rate:** $26.51/hr

The ideal candidate will operate automated production machines, maintain product quality, and ensure efficient production in a team-oriented environment while adhering to all safety and procedural standards.
