Responsibilities:
Lifting Plans & Method Statements
Develop detailed lifting plans for cranes, hoists, winches, or specialized lifting gear.
Choose suitable lifting equipment (slings, shackles, spreader beams, cranes) based on load, geometry, and environment.
Coordinate and manage contractors’ heavy equipment
Oversee rigging crews during complex or critical lifts.
Lead toolbox talks and lifting safety briefings.
