How You’ll Shine
- Maintain premium customer service culture & environment
- Lead by example by taking & making customer calls to assist with call queues to ensure SLAs are being met.
- Provide customer service, administrative and marketing support to the Lifestyle Program with day to day functions of the department including (but not limited to) reporting, financial tasks, incoming/outbound communications (email, phone, website chat and social media), data entry and general administrative duties.
- Updating content and creating new products/deals on our eCommerce website, whilst ensuring accuracy and best practice is being implemented.
