About the Role
As the Lifestyle Coordinator, your key responsibilities revolve around creating and implementing lifestyle programs that enhance the quality of life and well-being of our residents. This is essential in promoting social engagement, mental stimulation, and physical activity for the residents.
Activity Planning: Develop and design a diverse range of lifestyle programs tailored to the residents' interests, abilities, and preferences

Resident Assessment: Create and review Lifestyle Assessments to ensure needs-based programming is occurring

Program Implementation: Oversee the execution of planned activities and events. Ensure that the activities are well-organized, safe, and inclusive, allowing all residents to participate to the maximum of their abilities

Volunteer Coordination: Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers who can assist with activities and events
