Lifeguard - Full & Part Time - GL1 Leisure Centre

Responsibilities

The Lifeguard will ensure the best levels of service for customers by maintaining friendly, clean, and safe facilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• NPLQ qualification (training can be provided)
• Ability and understanding of how to relate to customers of all ages and abilities, and to all levels of staff
• Well‑developed interpersonal skills
• Team‑oriented approach, able to work across organisational boundaries and demonstrate support for staff and colleagues
• Ability to work flexibly and understand instructions from managers
• Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry
• Flexible and adaptable
• Competent swimmer; further coaching available if needed

Hours & Pay

Full and part‑time hours available, Monday to Sunday on a rota basis. Salary up to £12.71 per hour.
