What You'll Do Assess life and disability applications across standard and substandard risks Make confident, evidence-based underwriting decisions Work with reinsurers on complex cases Provide clear, trusted guidance to stakeholders What You'll Bring 3–5 years' experience in Individual Life Underwriting Strong medical underwriting expertise, including impairments and substandard risks Understanding of financial underwriting principles Reinsurance and complex case experience Relevant qualification (Insurance, Medical or related field) FAIS Fit & Proper (RE5 advantageous) You'll Thrive Here If You Make sound decisions with confidence Communicate complex outcomes clearly Balance exceptional attention to detail with commercial thinking #J-18808-Ljbffr
