 Position Overview: The Life Skills Coach (LSC) is a community-based position working directly with individuals who have sustained a brain injury or have some other neurological condition. The LSC position is one which provides functional supports to clients on an individualized basis which aredesigned to assist them in acquiring, retaining and improving the skills necessary to reside independently at home and access a variety of community-based resources. Essential to the position is the expectation the employee will: Be an independent thinker and observant in nature
