Job Description

We are looking for a Life Sciences Consultant - Business Development & Talent Acquisition (m/f/d) on a 80-100% basis.

In this role, you will combine commercial development activities with recruitment expertise to support the growth of the organization and strengthen its presence in the Life Sciences market.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, approach prospective clients, and develop trusted long-term partnerships with decision-makers across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and diagnostics companies.
• Actively prospect new clients, map the market, and monitor industry trends to identify emerging opportunities.
• Conduct competitor analyses, prepare and deliver tailored presentations of recruitment and consulting services, and negotiate recruitment mandates and service agreements in line with client needs and business objectives.
