Stanford University is seeking a Life Science Research Professional 1 to perform basic functions and activities involved in defined research projects, and independently conduct and analyze experiments.
The CNC (Cracking the Neural Code) Program at Stanford University School of Medicine seeks skilled and motivated Life Science Research Professional 1 (LSRP) to work 100% time. The LSRP will work under general guidance from the Primary Investigator and senior lab members to study neural circuitry of psychiatric conditions such as depression, fear, and anxiety in animal models. The position includes performing a variety of in vitro and in vivo experiments related to animal models of disease, utilizing a variety of surgical, molecular biological, behavioral, histological, and cell culture techniques.
