POSITION SCOPE

Pool & Fitness Attendants are responsible for delivering exceptional levels of services to guests and members in all aspects of the spa operation in line with Forbes standards, whilst delivering excellent five star client care. Responsible for revenue generation through up‑selling of personal training and cross sales to other areas in the Spa & Resort. Responsible for performing spa set up and close down procedures and ensuring all guest amenities are replenished throughout the day.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Maintain adequate pool coverage – lifeguard duties including pool tests & monitoring of pool /whirlpool cleanliness. Dealing directly with technical services to maintain the pool plant room.
