Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery station, leading associates and managing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Create and maintain a safe workplace by identifying safety opportunities.
• Lead and train associates to deliver excellent service to customers.
• Ensure customer orders are processed according to safety and quality guidelines.
• Provide continuous critical turn‑over information to operators.
• Collaborate with support functions and other departments to address common performance indicator issues (e.g., readiness processes, 5S, safety, training).
• Monitor route progress, proactively identify and correct deviations to exceed customer expectations and manage operating costs.
