• Work with both operational and corporate levels to drive process improvements, ensuring compliance with standards and customer service strategies for consistent, repeatable, and flawless execution.
• Lead the design of cutting-edge approaches and solutions by leveraging broad knowledge, best practices, and benchmarking assessments.
• Assist in the sales process by visiting prospective or existing clients to develop the scope of work, operational planning, and opportunity assessment.
• Evaluate, design, and implement new layouts, including storage racks, conveyors, automation, and other material handling solutions for facilities.
• Present tangible results to management and clients regarding improvements or savings achieved in operations.
