Jacobs is seeking a Licensed Water and Wastewater Project Manager to join our collaborative team in Pampa, TX. As the Project Manager you’ll work with project staff to oversee the operations, compliance reporting, maintenance of equipment and quality control testing of a 6 MGD surface water treatment plant and a 3 MGD wastewater treatment plant. Additionally, you will be responsible for operation and maintenance of 8 operating water wells and 2 WW lift stations.
