The LPN/LVN provides professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit, clinic or region.

You will work on-site at the Conviva St. Cloud Care Center. You will report directly to the Clinic Administrator.

Required Qualifications

+ You will have current licensure as an LPN or LVN
+ You will be administratively proficient as this position is highly administrative in nature

+ You will be bilingual in English/Spanish
