USC Street Medicine is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Working directly under the supervision of the Clinic Nurse Manager, the Licensed Vocational Nurse works with a multi-disciplinary team to provide care coordination and assist with transitional primary care to the unsheltered homeless individuals living in Los Angeles.
