LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE - CONTRACT AM/PM Clovis

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Provides nursing care within scope of practice to ensure patient’s needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies as well as state, federal and local guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• LONG TERM CARE EXPERIENCE


• POINT CLICK CARE CHARTING EXPERIENCE


• Current LVN/LPN license in practicing state.


• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.


• Experience in nursing management is preferred but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines


• Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established
